Surat, Gujarat Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Senior Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, lead service staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service staff.
- Lead and guide Captains and Stewards.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, and seating.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline.




- Conduct staff briefings and support team training.
- Ensure proper table setup and restaurant cleanliness. Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Captain.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional grooming and guest-handling abilities.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Work
