Role Description The AI Architect (Gen AI + Traditional ML) at ML Villa is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. In this position, the individual will design end-to-end AI architectures that integrate generative AI models and traditional ML pipelines into scalable, production-ready systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with software development teams to define system requirements, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks, and guiding the implementation of robust APIs and services for AI-driven features. The role involves creating architectural blueprints, establishing integration patterns with existing platforms, and ensuring reliability, security, and performance of AI solutions. The AI Architect will also coordinate with product and project stakeholders, provide technical leadership,



and contribute to best practices, documentation, and code reviews to maintain high engineering and ethical standards. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills for complex AI and ML systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, preferably in languages commonly used for AI/ML (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting AI services with existing applications, data sources, and APIs.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing and deploying generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and traditional ML models in production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, feature engineering, and handling large-scale datasets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to work effectively in diverse teams.
