KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM design and implementation
• Configure Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Implement Event Management and AIOps
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud and monitoring tools
• Drive automation and orchestration workflows
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance KEY
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS
• ServiceNow ITOM Certification preferred
