Job Description
Ram-Nath & Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for quotation preparation, order processing, customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and sales documentation while ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, order status, and payment follow-ups.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, dispatch planning, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain sales reports, stock reports, and customer records using MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely updates in Tally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Required Candidate Profile

Education:




Any Undergraduate Degree (UG).
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Sales Support is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Perks & Benefits
