Job description
is responsible for independently managing assigned workstreams and supporting end-to-end Dayforce HCM implementation projects across functional areas, including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management, as well as technical areas such as Data Conversion, Integrations, and Reporting. The role requires strong expertise in one or more Dayforce modules, with a working understanding of related modules and cross-functional dependencies.

Key responsibilities
include requirements gathering, business process design, solution design, system configuration, data migration and validation, integrations, reporting, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities. The position involves collaborating closely with clients, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective HCM solutions, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Additionally, the role supports regulatory compliance, process optimization, and transition to managed services while ensuring solution quality and alignment with client business objectives. Essential Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation and transformation of Dayforce HCM solutions for external clients, covering discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, within your primary module and in coordination with other module workstreams.
- Own assigned Dayforce functional workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Facilitate client discovery workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, document current-state HR and payroll processes, business rules, organizational structures, and data flows, validate design decisions, resolve open items, and align client needs with Dayforce capabilities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Dayforce configurations, solution design documents,



configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
- Support data migration activities, including coordination of legacy data extraction, data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution to ensure accurate conversion into Dayforce.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams on inbound and outbound integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems, including data mapping, integration testing, error resolution, and data flow validation.
- Plan and execute testing activities, including functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT), regression, and end-to-end business process testing; support payroll parallel testing where applicable by validating calculations, analyzing variances, and reconciling results; and manage defects through resolution.
- Advise clients on Dayforce capabilities, HCM business processes, regulatory compliance considerations, and leading practices, and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization by assessing manual workarounds, control gaps, and system capabilities. Requirements
- 48 years of relevant experience in HCM implementation, HR technology consulting, HR transformation, or enterprise HRIS projects, including hands-on Dayforce HCM implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring Dayforce in at least one primary module (Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Perks, or Talent Management), with working knowledge of cross-module dependencies.
- Experience across the end-to-end Dayforce implementation lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Experience independently managing a functional workstream, facilitating client workshops, translating business requirements into system solutions, troubleshooting configuration issues, and delivering documentation and project milestones.
- Solid knowledge of HCM data migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation, integration testing, and defect management.
