Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer inquiries, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product-related information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a skilled attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, delivery updates, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, orders, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update daily call reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.




- Achieve assigned performance targets and maintain service quality standards. Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM familiarity.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred.
