Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Learn to set up, start, operate and shut down ice cream churning, popsicle molding and packaging machinery safely.
- Technical Maintenance: Assist senior technicians in routine maintenance, troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to minimize downtime.
- Quality & Consistency: Monitor machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure) to ensure kulfis, popsicles and ice creams meet our shape, weight and quality standards.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Perform standard cleaning and sanitization (CIP
- Clean-in-Place)
of machines and tools to comply with food safety regulations.
- Material Management: Feed raw materials and packaging film into machines accurately to avoid product wastage.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs of production output, machine temperature checks and maintenance activities. Qualifications & Skills

Education:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter or Instrumentation Engineering (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant (experience in food/beverage or dairy processing is a big plus).

Skills:
