Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using tools like HyperMesh, ANSYS, and Nastran to simulate various automotive components such as interiors, exteriors, and structural parts.
- Perform modal analysis on complex systems to identify potential issues and optimize designs for improved performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop crashworthiness simulations using LS-Dyna software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of simulation results, including reports and presentations. Job
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in CAE engineering with expertise in automotive industry.
- Robust knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Modal Analysis, Optimization techniques using tools like Hyperview, Optistruct etc. .
- Proficiency in LS-Dyna software for crashworthiness simulations.
