System Design Engineer Department: Design Work

Location:
Pirana, Near Ode Village, Aslali, Ahmedabad Mode of Work: In-office Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday Sunday Week off) Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6.30PM About PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed manufacturing company in the high-pressure triplex plunger pump and engineered systems segment. We work with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a capable and result-oriented Senior PPC Engineer who can strengthen our production planning and delivery control system. We are looking for a skilled System Design Engineer with experience in mechanical system design, pump systems and engineering solutions. The candidate should have knowledge of system design, technical calculations, engineering drawings and coordination with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design the enitire system. 2. Prepare system layouts, technical drawings and engineering documentation. 3. Perform hydraulic calculations and pump sizing. 4. Understand P&ID;, GA drawings and technical specifications. 5. Select suitable pumps, valves,



pipelines and other system components. 6. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documents. 7. Coordinate with the design, production and project departments. 8. Review and modify designs as per technical requirements. 9. Provide technical support during manufacturing and project execution. Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical system design.
- 2D and 3D
- Assembly, Weldment, Sheetmetal, CAD modeling/
- Understanding of P&ID; and GA drawings.
- AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.
- Knowledge of piping layouts and component selection.
- Positive problem-solving and technical skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- BOM Creation Educational Qualification Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pump manufacturing or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering and system design.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
