Core Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum Design:
- Teach fundamental karate stances, blocking, striking, forms (*kata*), and practical self-defense suited to different age groups and skill levels.
- Plan structured lesson plans that balance physical activity with mental focus.
- Discipline & Character Building:
- Instill core martial arts values such as respect, humility, patience, and self-control.
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce dojo etiquette (like bowing and respecting peers).
- Safety & Supervision:
- Ensure a secure training environment during drills, sparring sessions, and physical exercises.
- Administer basic first aid or respond immediately in case of sports injuries.
- Assessment & Belt Testing:
- Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for belt promotions.
- Conduct practical demonstrations or testing events.
- Communication & School Coordination:
- Update school administrators, parents, or guardians on student participation and behavior.
- Coordinate with the school for extracurricular events, displays, or inter-school tournaments. Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
