About the Role
Swiss Cottage by Bliss Forestia is looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Staff member to maintain clean, hygienic, and comfortable rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, pillow covers, and towels, ensuring beds are neatly made.
- Replenish room amenities, including drinking water bottles, tea and coffee sachets, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Check rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies properly.
- Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping in a polite and timely manner.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene,



and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the front office and other team members to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
- Maintain proper care of hotel linen, supplies, and equipment. Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
- Knowledge of room cleaning, bed-making, bathroom sanitation, and linen handling.
- Good attention to detail and a solid sense of cleanliness.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking, and well-disciplined.
