Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester Guidewire Rating with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, specializing in Guidewire PolicyCenter and P&C; Insurance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Guidewire testing, particularly in Rating and Forms, along with expertise in functional, system, integration, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system documents to identify test scenarios.
- Design, develop, review, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform manual testing of Guidewire PolicyCenter and related web portals.
- Conduct functional, system, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Validate insurance rating calculations, premium calculations, rating rules, and policy lifecycle scenarios.




- Perform testing of insurance forms, including form generation, validation, and policy document accuracy.
- Test UI, web services, batch integrations, and web portals.
- Identify, document, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Maintain test execution reports, defect logs, and QA documentation. Mandatory Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Manual QA Testing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong experience in Guidewire Rating Testing (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in P&C; Insurance Domain.
- Strong experience in Insurance Forms Testing (Mandatory).
- Experience in policy lifecycle testing.
- Experience in functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
- Experience testing UI, web services, batch integrations, and web portals.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and VBScript.
- Experience with test case design, test execution, and defect management.
