Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily loading and unloading activities of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement, placement and dispatch.
- Supervise and manage contract labour for loading and unloading operations.
- Handle shift-wise shipping and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper material handling, stacking and prevention of material damage.
- Maintain dispatch records, loading reports and shift handover details.
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping in the shipping area.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Logistics teams for smooth operations. Preferred candidate profile
