Job Description
for Senior Safety Manager:
- Lead overall PMCEHS function and drive implementation of the Project Safety Management System across the project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic direction on statutory compliance, Client EHSMS requirements, Zero Harm objectives, and client expectations.
- Review and approve project-level EHS plans, contractor safety strategies, high-risk activity controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead engagement with client leadership, senior contractor management, authorities,



and key stakeholders on EHS matters.
- Oversee major incident investigations, approve RCA and CAPA, and ensure closure of critical risks and systemic issues.
- Chair or lead monthly safety reviews, regional walkthroughs, ISO coordination, SLA review, and performance governance.
- Guide environmental compliance strategy, legal compliance conformance, audit readiness, and management reporting.
