Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 Years Job Overview We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive / Content Creator who can develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and strengthen our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, graphic design, and video editing, along with the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful brand content.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily content activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Stay updated with trending reels, viral content, and platform algorithms.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual aesthetics. 2. Content Creation & Video Editing
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, product videos, and promotional content.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Shoot and edit product videos, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and promotional copy.
- Develop unique, relatable, and trend-based content to increase audience engagement. 3. Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Create visually appealing product-focused content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work on festival campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure high-quality designs and consistent branding across all platforms. 4. Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.




- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Research competitors and analyze emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand promotions. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor social media insights, including reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Optimize content strategies based on audience behavior and platform insights. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Good understanding of video shooting, editing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Creative thinking with solid visual design skills.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content-planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform algorithms. Preferred Skills
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer electronics brands.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative tools for image and video generation.
- Basic product photography and videography skills.
- Experience coordinating influencer collaborations and UGC content.
- Ability to independently develop and execute creative concepts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Consistent and timely content publishing.
- Quality and creativity of reels, posts, and campaigns.
- Improvement in video views, shares, saves, and follower growth.
- Successful execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days preferred.
- Office Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off Sunday with: Second and Fourth Saturdays.
