Job Description
Hiring Operations Managers with 8+ years of experience in BPO / Call Center Operations, preferably handling Health Insurance or General Insurance Telesales. Candidates must have hands-on experience managing telesales operations, sales teams, Team Leaders, daily floor performance,



dialer operations, CRM routing, lead allocation, and sales targets. Solid knowledge of health/general insurance products, underwriting criteria, claims assistance, and insurance sales compliance is required. Experience managing call quality, sales conversions, AHT, FCR, GWP, CPA, customer escalations, team productivity, attrition, and performance reporting is essential. Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms, predictive dialers, Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI reporting tools is preferred. IRDAI certification is an added advantage, not mandatory.
