Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team in Jaipur. The candidate will assist in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical corporate experience and develop their careers in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage interview schedules.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and leave management.
- Prepare recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and daily HR operations. Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with job portals will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
