Job Purpose The Service Head
- Inventory Management will be responsible for overseeing the complete service and inventory cycle of healthcare equipment, ensuring adequate stock availability, timely repair and maintenance, efficient movement of rental and sale inventory, and prompt resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor inventory of medical and healthcare equipment for rental and sale.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment of fast-moving and critical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of rental, sale, returned, damaged, under-repair and ready-to-dispatch stock.




- Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment and ensure timely servicing, testing, sanitisation and readiness for the next customer.
- Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, delivery and operations teams for smooth equipment movement.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and service issues related to equipment, delivery, installation, breakdowns and returns.
- Establish proper processes for quality checks and preventive maintenance of rental equipment.
- Monitor equipment turnaround time, repair status, utilisation and availability.
- Manage the rental stock lifecycle, including dispatch, return, inspection, repair, refurbishment and re-allocation.
* Maintain proper documentation and inventory reports, including stock ageing, damaged stock, repair status and inventory reconciliation. •Identify recurring equipment/service issues and take corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile
* Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Relevant experience in inventory management, service operations, warehouse management, medical equipment, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
* Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to coordinate with technicians, warehouse, sales, delivery and other operational teams.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP systems would be preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service setting. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month Work
