Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth for our immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective online and offline marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for immigration, study visa, work permit, and PR services.
- Manage social media marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, and content strategies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and achieve business targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and lead generation costs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify recent business opportunities.
- Manage marketing executives, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions, referral partners, and other relevant organizations.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management. Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or education services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience managing marketing teams and campaign budgets.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and support sales growth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly qualified lead generation targets.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
- Lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Brand awareness and digital engagement.
- Achievement of monthly marketing and business growth targets. Preferred Candidate: A proactive, target-driven marketing professional with proven experience in immigration industry marketing and lead generation. Pay: ₹20,000.00
