Responsible for the overall planning, coordination and execution of the construction project, ensuring timely completion within the approved budget and maintaining quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and oversee all project activities from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines and execution plans.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, junior engineers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation and material procurement.
- Identify project-related challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct everyday site inspections and review work quality.
- Maintain records of project expenses, progress reports and material utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations and safety requirements.
- Report project progress, delays and key developments to senior management regularly.



Qualifications &

Experience:

- B.
Tech/B.
E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Experience in handling site teams, contractors, budgets and project execution.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred. Common Requirements-

- Practical understanding of construction activities and site requirements.
