Role & responsibilities
- An overall SPOC for the Quality process across all CTMO centers Process, Dialer, Soft skills etc.
• Publish regular / Adhoc reports on overall quality progress to respective stake holders, including management. Few of the regular reports would be
• Process Quality
• Improvement Areas & proposed actions
• Bottom Quartile & actions taken on improvement
• Customer voice & proposed actions / improvement required
• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure the process adherence and customer experience
• Prepare and make amendments in Quality process, scoring sheet etc. at a regular frequency & as per requirement
• Prepare strategy and support Operations & other departments to maximize Sales
• Coordinate with all the Quality Auditors at different locations and ensure a team work. May require to travel at the locations as well




• Ensure that the required Quality Auditors hiring is closed within timelines and in case of any absenteeism at any location, process is not impacted
• Need to deliver an overall improvement over Quality
• Coordinate with Training team over product Q&A;
• Audit the Auditor and share feedback, if required Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 year of Quality Audit OR relevant profile experience and 8 years of overall experience
• Knowledge of Quality audits and parameters
• Valuable PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Graduate for recognized university
