Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Panthera Electric will provide overall strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive long-term growth in the EV technology and clean energy markets. This full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru involves overseeing daily operations, guiding product and technology roadmaps, and ensuring effective coordination across finance, sales, operations, and business development. The CEO will build and manage high-performing teams, nurture an inclusive and team-oriented culture, and represent the company to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

include developing and executing business plans, securing funding, managing budgets,



and establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate market adoption. The CEO will also monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform decision-making and sustain Panthera Electric’s innovation leadership. Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, funding, and long-term growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee processes, resources, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience in Sales and market development to drive revenue, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
- Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to define vision, set priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in EV technology, clean energy, or related industries.
- Ability to build and lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with investors and partners.
- Track record of scaling early-stage or high-growth companies; experience with patents or technology commercialization is a plus.
