* Company: AT
Location:
Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
Experience:
4–7 Years Reports to: COO About AT AT is on a mission to protect the internet''s GDP. Every day, billions of dollars in transactions flow through India''s digital economy — across marketplaces, payments, logistics, and commerce platforms. But the protection layer that should sit underneath all of it hasn''t kept pace. Buyers worry about what arrives at their door. Sellers absorb losses they didn''t cause. Platforms carry risks they were never built to hold. We''re building the infrastructure that fixes this — embedded directly into the platforms people already use, invisible until it''s needed, and engineered for the speed and scale of digital commerce. Backed by tier-1 investors, we''re building what we believe will become foundational risk infrastructure for the next billion digital consumers. Role Summary We are looking for an Operations Manager – Purchase Protection to manage end-to-end operations for AT''s purchase-protection line of business, including shipping protection, Return-to-Origin (RTO) protection, and e-commerce purchase-protection programs. This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on ensuring smooth daily execution, claims management, settlements, reconciliations, partner reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of recurring operational workflows, resolve escalations, implement SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and automated processes.
