- Solid hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation.
- Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate.
- APM and Full-Stack Monitoring.
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Smartscape.
- DQL (Dynatrace Query Language).
- Logs, Metrics, Traces, and Davis AI.
- RUM and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Dashboards, Alerting, and Workflows.
- ServiceNow Integration / Event Management.
- Scripting and API integration. Good to Have
- Experience with Zabbix, LogicMonitor, or NetScout.
- Exposure to Windows, Linux, AIX, cloud, and containerized environments.




- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management).
- Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.
- Experience in enterprise application onboarding and production support. Required Experience
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of relevant Dynatrace / Observability implementation experience.
