TheOfficerCode (TOC), a coaching institute for UPSC, BPSC, and UPPCS aspirants, is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller cum Student Counsellor.
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and explain our courses and mentorship programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course details, fees, and preparation strategies.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and daily calling reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and lead management skills.
- Sales, telecalling, or counselling experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply. Pay: ₹10,000.00
