- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across India.
- Acquire high-value corporate clients, brands, advertising agencies, and media partners.
- Drive revenue generation, achieve sales targets, and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, marketing heads, and brand managers.
- Identify current business opportunities across corporate videos, advertising films, branded content, and digital production services.
- Lead commercial negotiations, develop proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Build, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams.
- Implement scalable sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting mechanisms.




- Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver client-focused solutions and drive repeat business.
Convert company-provided leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 1015+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in media, advertising, film production, branded content, digital marketing, or creative services.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Existing network of brand decision-makers will be an advantage. Industry: Advertising, Celebrity Marketing, Brand Endorsements, Media & Entertainment KPI: Revenue generation, client acquisition, and conversion of company-generated and self-generated leads
