4-8 Years Employment Type: Full time Job Summary: Dave & Buster's India is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee Restaurant & Bar operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the floor operations team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on operational experience in restaurants, pubs, lounges, or bars.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end daily Restaurant & Bar operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise captains, stewards, bartenders, and floor staff.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory control, stock management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Train,



motivate, and develop team members.
- Support business growth through operational improvements and guest engagement initiatives. Required
