- Management of profit and loss statement.
- Introduction and incorporation of recent strategies to improve the revenue and income of the hospital.
- Responsible for improving overall quality of the hospital operations and to prepare the hospital for various accreditations.
- Will be responsible for successful EMR implementation.
- Update on technology and health care practices and communicate the same to the higher authorities for the up-gradation of our services.
- Facilitate data driven decision making which leads to meaning full actions.
- Payment approval.
- To coordinate referral marketing team.
- Rate revision.
- To track MOU and licence.
- To coordinate all statutory works.
- To coordinate hospital accreditation process.
