Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business enquiries, identifying potential customers, promoting company products, maintaining customer relationships and following up on sales opportunities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in industrial marketing and business development. Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager in daily marketing and sales activities. 1. Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through online platforms, business directories, references and other sources. 2. Collect customer details and maintain a database of potential clients, industries, contractors and project companies. 3. Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels to introduce company products. 4. Support the promotion of company products,



including EOT Cranes, HOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Wire Rope Hoists, ASRS and Industrial Doors. 5. Coordinate with existing and current customers regarding product enquiries and requirements. 6. Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and ongoing business opportunities. 7. Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, presentations and other sales-related documents. 8. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned technical departments for necessary information. 9. Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Projects and Accounts departments to support customer requirements. 10. Assist in market research to identify new customers, business opportunities and industry developments. 11. Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, leads, quotations and follow-up activities. 12. Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer relationships. 13. Coordinate customer meetings, appointments and industrial visits whenever required. 14. Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on lead generation, customer enquiries and follow-up status.
