About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our real estate mandate firm. The candidate will be responsible for converting prospective buyers into customers and driving successful property closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert qualified real estate leads into successful closures.
- Manage end-to-end sales negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with potential buyers and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with presales and channel sales teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and booking records. Requirements
- 3
- 6 years of experience in real estate sales and closing.
- Prior experience working with a real estate mandate firm is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
