Job Purpose A large manufacturing house based in Kolkata is seeking an experienced CA, for the Role of Accounts Manager – Financial Consolidation to lead the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities of Linc Limited. The role involves preparing consolidated balance sheets, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L;, and cash flow, across group entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS, as applicable
- Handle inter-company reconciliations and eliminations
- Handling foreign accounts , MIS and report independently




- Review and validate financial data received from subsidiaries and units
- Coordinate with auditors for consolidated financial statements and disclosures
- Analyse financial results and provide variance analysis and management insights
- Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes
- Work closely with different business units, including manufacturing operations, to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements
- Drive automation and process improvements in consolidation and reporting Pay: ₹1,800,000.00
- ₹2,200,000.00 per year
