Senior F&B; Executive Company: Eagleton The Golf Resort Department: Food & Beverage

Location:
Bidadi, Bengaluru Reporting to: Assistant F&B; Manager / F&B; Manager Job Summary Eagleton The Golf Resort is looking for a guest-focused and experienced Senior F&B; Executive to oversee daily food and beverage operations, maintain service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the F&B; team in delivering excellent hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and food service operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, food presentation, and dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to service standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, duty allocation, briefings, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, beverage stocks, operating supplies, and wastage.
- Support billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
- Coordinate with banquet and events teams for functions,



weddings, and special occasions.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and maintain operational checklists.
- Support the F&B; Manager in implementing SOPs and improving departmental performance. Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Previous experience handling restaurant operations, banquets, or multiple F&B; outlets is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, POS systems, billing, and inventory control.
- Strong communication, guest-handling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Skills
