- Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing schedules, shift planning, line output, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet strict quality control standards, safety regulations, and GMP/ISO guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis to cut waste and reduce downtime.
• Team Supervision: Lead plant workers and shift supervisors, track attendance, and handle on-floor training.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain real-time online documentation, logbooks, and MIS (Management Information System) production reports. Pay: ₹18,000.00
