Responsibilities:

- End-to-End R2R Process Ownership Oversee the entire Record to Report cycle:journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, Fixed Assets, InventoryAccounting and Intercompany.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence toclient policies and SOPs Manage 70+ associates at offshore and onshore.
- Service Delivery Management Manage SLAs, KPIs, Business metrics and clientexpectations.
- Drive operational excellence and continuousimprovement in day-to-day delivery.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients,auditors, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively on performance, risks,and transformation initiatives.
- Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with RACM, FMEA, internalcontrols, and statutory requirements.
