Roles and Responsibilities
- As a manager, you will be responsible for installation, fitting, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support of Krishitek agricultural machinery.
- You will travel to farms and dealer locations across India, particularly during peak agricultural seasons, to ensure machines are properly installed, operational, and supported.
- The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of tractors, hydraulic systems, mechanical assemblies, and agricultural implements, along with a genuine willingness to work in rural field conditions.
- Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Oversee field service activities, including technical services and warranty management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Handling & Guide Team Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in after-sales support or a related field (agricultural engineering/automobile engineering).
- Diploma/B.
Tech/B.
E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
