* Remote (Work from Home) ### About Digimation Flight Digimation Flight is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our HR team as Talent Acquisition Interns. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination while developing essential HR skills. ### Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Assist in preparing

- Support the HR team in meeting recruitment targets and hiring deadlines. ### Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel is an advantage.




- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Good organisational skills, time management, and a willingness to learn. ### Stipend Structure
- **First Month:*
* Performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
- **From the Second Month Onwards:*
* A fixed monthly stipend, as communicated by the organisation. _The first month's stipend will be determined by performance. The fixed stipend applicable from the second month onwards will be communicated during the selection process._ ###
