? WE'RE HIRING | RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM) / RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (RO) – HOME LOANS AlienHouse Networks is hiring on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector. ? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.
• CIBIL score of 700 or above.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered. ? COMPENSATION & ADVANTAGES
• Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA, or up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to company norms.
• Monthly in-hand: Approximately ₹30,000 – ₹32,000.
• Travelling Allowance (TA).
• Health Insurance.
• Performance-based incentives. ? WORKING SCHEDULE

Working hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• 6 days a week.
• Weekly off: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month. ? INTERVIEW PROCESS
• Round 1: Telephonic Interview.
• Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and promote suitable loan products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets. ?
