Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production activities. Coordinate with different departments, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and HR. Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials. Maintain production schedules and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor operational performance and identify areas for process improvement. Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and workplace discipline. Handle day-to-day operational issues and take corrective actions whenever required. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to established quality standards. Support cost-control activities and minimize material wastage. Supervise team members, assign responsibilities and monitor their performance. Coordinate with senior management regarding operational planning and business objectives. Ensure proper documentation and maintain operational records. Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency. Pay: ₹50,000.00
