- Creating layout test fits for business validation as well as for clients.
- Substantial involvement during project start-up and schematic design based on 91springboard design standards (Close coordination with Central Standards team)
- Help Develop creative design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I; layouts, GFCs, typical details, and finish selections.
- Ensure productive and quality design projects, by collaborating with all teams on the execution of 91springboard standards, goals and brand ideals.
- Ability to solve and manage any design issues that may arise during the entire project.
- Understand continuous improvement initiatives and implementation best practices within project teams
- Insures that all internal and external stakeholders have the most accurate project design data
- Understanding of Project budgeting and scheduling with a focus on soft costs and the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met and deliverables are on time.
- Knowledge & comfort working with zoning and building code. Technical Skills
- Strong experience in commercial and corporate interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with all project phases, from concept to execution, with a proven ability to handle potential challenges.
- Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and industry-standard cost estimations.
