Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled maintenance engineer who has strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. The candidate will be independently responsible for handling all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across our CNC & VMC machining shop and rubber component manufacturing unit. We are looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot machine breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Mechanical Maintenance
- Handle mechanical maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Maintain rubber component manufacturing machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes.
- Handle gearbox, bearings, motors, pumps, belts, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of all production machinery. 2. Electrical Maintenance
- Handle electrical maintenance of CNC, VMC, and rubber manufacturing machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, control circuits, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Diagnose electrical faults in motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and drives.
- Handle machine electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Perform routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Understand basic PLC, VFD,



and CNC electrical systems. 3. General Maintenance Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Attend to machine breakdowns and provide quick solutions.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure safety standards and proper maintenance practices.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement permanent solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Experience in CNC and VMC machining shop maintenance.
- Knowledge of rubber component manufacturing machinery will be preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and breakdown-handling skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
- Basic PLC and VFD knowledge is preferred.
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidate Profile
- Must be capable of independently handling both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Should be a hands-on and technically strong skilled.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace.
- Should have good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference. Important Hiring Note: We require one all-rounder maintenance engineer who can independently handle both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Candidates having experience in CNC/VMC machining shops and rubber component manufacturing industries will be preferred.
