We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance skilled to join our Accounts Team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) management, employee expense claim processing, vendor reconciliations, and compliance, with strong hands-on experience in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Claim Processing: Review, verify, and process employee travel, fuel, medical, and general expense claims in accordance with company travel and expense policies. Ensure proper tax applicability (GST, TDS, etc.) and supporting documentation for all claims. Maintain claim processing timelines and resolve employee queries efficiently. Accounts Payable (AP) Operations: End-to-end processing of vendor invoices, 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice), and booking entries in SAP. Conduct periodic vendor account reconciliations and aging analysis. Prepare payment runs (NEFT/RTGS/Cheques) and track payment schedules. Handle vendor queries regarding payment status, deductions, and credit notes. Tax & Compliance: Ensure accurate deduction and accounting of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)



under relevant sections. Ensure correct recording and claim of GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) in SAP and perform GSTR-2B reconciliations. Education:

Com / M.
Com / Inter CA or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

Experience:
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Employee Claim processing. Availability: Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates. Software

Skills:
Hands-on proficiency in SAP (FI/MM modules) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, functions) is mandatory. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of Indian tax laws regarding TDS and GST.
