Role Overview:
- The person will be part of the application development team for a major Insurance client. He/ She will work with different stakeholders to identify application development opportunities and perform cost benefit analysis on the same.
- The role will involve activities including design, build and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- The person will also be required to participate actively in brainstorming sessions for improvement opportunities and take it to completion
- A suitable candidate should have 10+years of experience in a similar role and should possess a go -getter attitude. He/ She should be able to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in life insurance preferred but not mandatory.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
- Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)



principles to design robust and scalable software.
- Must have experience in SDLC.
- Hands on experience on NumPy, Pandas is a must.
- Write efficient SQL queries to interact with databases and perform data manipulation.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Continuously learn and apply current technologies, particularly Pandas and NumPy, to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Utilize Git for version control and Jira for project management to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.

Requirements:
