- any graduate (if Graduate then min 1 year exp required)
- Valuable experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid interest in sales and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and target-driven approach
- Relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualification
