Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team as Sourcing Executives. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring HR professionals to build their careers in recruitment and talent acquisition. ## Educational Qualification
- MHRM / MBA in HR
- Master's Degree in Life Sciences
- Any Master's Degree
- Eligible passing years: 2024, 2025 and 2026 ##
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Identify, shortlist and engage suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. ## Required Skills - Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an advantage.
- Flexibility with work timings. ## Salary & Benefits
