- Lead and manage internal audits, including QMS, process, and product audits, by scheduling and executing them as per defined requirements.
- Conduct internal, process, product, and layer-process audits, along with countermeasure effectiveness verification audits on a monthly basis, ensuring follow-up on W3 items.
- Ensure timely analysis and closure of audit non-conformities (W3) within the stipulated timeline.
- Communicate customer specific requirements effectively across all plant functions.
- Coordinate and facilitate department-wise risk assessments and contingency planning.
- Lead root cause analysis for customer issues during development and zero-kilometer phases (SOP and Protected Launch), applying 8D, PDCA,



and FTA methodologies and implementing corrective actions such as sorting, repair, or other measures, and ensure horizontal deployment and standardization by updating FMEA, control plans, work instructions, and check sheets.
- Provide monthly reports and product-related data to JEPL and HQ (China/Europe) corporate functions, enabling effective problem analysis, rapid quality improvement, and prevention of recurrence.
- Establish the equipment calibration plan and complete the calibration as per the plan with certified agency.
