Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handle APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA documentation.
- Manage customer complaints, 8D reports, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Conduct internal, process, supplier, and customer audits.
- Monitor supplier quality and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure in-process and final product quality as per customer requirements.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap through continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.

- Strong knowledge of quality core tools, customer complaint handling, and auditing.
