Role Description This is a full time, on-site Embedded Firmware Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The engineer will design, implement, and test embedded firmware for microcontroller-based products, ensuring robust and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and optimizing embedded software, debugging issues at both firmware and hardware interfaces, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with hardware engineers and product teams to define requirements, integrate new features, and support system-level validation. The engineer will also contribute to documentation, maintain coding standards,



and support continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software development for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
- Candidates should possess experience in general Software Development, including coding best practices, version control, and testing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Design, including modular architecture, interface definition, and system-level thinking.
- Candidates should possess solid Debugging abilities, including use of tools such as debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes for troubleshooting firmware and hardware interactions.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems, familiarity with RTOS or bare-metal development, and experience with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently, is preferred.
