Studio Andem is a Kochi-based architecture, interiors, and landscape design practice. We're looking for an organized HR & Accounts Assistant to support our growing team. Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Assist with onboarding and recruitment coordination
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Follow up on client payments and maintain vendor records
- Assist with GST documentation and coordination with the firm's CA
- Prepare basic MIS/expense reports
- Take minutes of meetings and support general office administration Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years' experience in HR/accounts support (freshers with solid aptitude welcome)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred
- Experience in an architecture/design firm or small professional services setup
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST)
