Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and stakeholder communication.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and maintain accurate ATS records. Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in GCC/Middle East hiring.
- Familiarity with Qatar and regional hiring practices. Key
