Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify and engage potential customers through regular follow-ups, presentations and meetings to drive interior sales.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with residential property buyers to understand their interior requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Interior Sales: Present premium customised interior solutions, design concepts, finishes, materials, product options and pricing.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with prospective customers and guide them throughout the sales and decision-making journey.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the internal design team to develop and present customised interior solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of interior products, materials, finishes, pricing and commercial terms.
- Sales Closure: Drive conversions, negotiate effectively and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Post-Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination with the design team after booking and throughout the subsequent design process. What We're Looking For
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in residential interior sales, premium furniture sales, modular kitchens, home interiors or design-led sales .
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling premium residential customers and high-value sales.
- Ability to manage leads, conduct customer meetings, follow up consistently and close business.
- Target-oriented professionals with solid customer relationship management skills.
